Xiaomi has been looking for beta testing their Android Oreo built for the Xiaomi Mi A1. Now, the Android 8.0 Oreo beta update has started reaching the beta testers and should be available to everyone by the end of 2017, as promised by the company.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 has proven to be a useful arsenal in its catalog and has proven to be the hottest seller yet and the first time ever they have paired in a stock Android with their mid-range device.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 has a Snapdragon 625 chipset, 64-bit processor, with 4GB RAM and 64GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card coupled with graphics from Adreno 505 GPU. The camera has dual sensors at the back, a 12MP telephoto lens with a f/2.2 aperture (26mm) and 12MP wide-angle lens with a f/2.6 aperture (50mm) setup with 1.25-micron pixel size.
The update is 1104.1 MB in size and right now is only available for beta testers.
